Dee Henry and Sam Davis bring Ft. Worth and Mansfield Adventure Boot Camp an arsenal of health and fitness experience and education. Both Dee and Sam were top athletes at Angelo State University educated in kinesiology. They have experience in coaching, personal training (including NESTA Adventure Boot Camp Certification) , and management at "well known" gyms. Dee and Sam are parents, Christians, and professionals.

Sam Davis is a NESTA Certified Adventure Boot Camp Instructor, and NESTA certified Personal Trainer.& Sam was the head coach of a little league baseball team at age 18, this lead to his major in college and as a student athlete he studied Kinesioloy at Angelo State University. As a husband, father and fitness professional, Sam is passionate about fitness and helping others get in the best shape of their lives-- to live a longer, healthier life.

Krystal Davis is a NESTA Certified Adventure Boot Camp coach, SCW certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist and NESTA certified Personal Trainer. "Krys" studied sports medicine at the University of Oklahoma and was a student athletic trainer for the University's sports teams. Krys has also managed and worked with fitness facilities like Curves and 24-Hour Fitness. As a mother, wife and professional, Krys understands how important it is to juggle family, business and personal responsibilities. She says "Boot Camp is the perfect opportunity for any woman or mother to establish a healthy fitness routine, and get a beautifully toned body. I love how much more energy boot camp gives me and all of the campers."

Ben Carter is a physical fitness enthusiast and NESTA certified Adventure Boot camp Coach. & He has over 4 years of experience in personal training with Bally's and has been a Boot camp Coach for over 2 years.& Ben received his BA in Criminal Justice from Alcorn State University where he played college football.& He was able to continue his success on the playing field and played football in the& Arena Football League (AFL2) for 3 years.& Ben's training focuses on body sculpting and strength training . He is a firm believer that to change the body you have to, "train the mind, body and soul."& He practices that belief by incorporating cardio, muscle development and core training in his Boot camp program.

Ben loves spending time playing video games with his son, enjoys outdoor activities and continues to play competitive recreational sports.

Cer'Princeton, native of Fort Worth, TX has been apart of the Adventure Boot Camp Team since August of 2008. As a full Time Biology Major at The University Of Texas at Arlington he plans to pursue his career in teaching high school Biology. His dedication to fitness was built on basic principles instilled during his tour in Fallujah, Iraq& while serving in the United States Marine Corps. Cer'Princeton is still striving to help people of all fitness levels to incorporate having fun while increasing there quality of life.

Barbara Rabon is a an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer through the IFPA. Barbara holds certifications in Plyometric Stretch, Diet and Exercise Nutrition, as well as a B.S. in Microbiology.& As a working mother of two sons she has seen both sides of the fitness spectrum.& She was overweight and extremely out of shape. Through the help of a trainer she underwent a life changing transformation. She changed her body and now is a award winning body builder. She became a Personal Trainer(for the last 9 years) to share her passion with others and believes anyone can change their bodies as well as their minds to reflect the beauty within.

John Spencer Ellis has been a fitness educator for over 14 years. In this time, he has trained over 2,000 clients and 40,000 fitness professionals.

John has been involved with health and fitness since the age of twelve and has become one of the most diversely trained fitness professionals in the United States. He holds two bachelors degrees; one in business and the other in health science, an MBA, and a doctorate in education. He has more than fifteen certifications, which include being a certified massage therapist, plyometric instructor, self-defense instructor, fitness kick boxing instructor, water fitness instructor, exercise rehabilitation specialist, golf conditioning specialist, Pilates instructor, personal trainer, clinical hypnotherapist, master PACE circuit training instructor, and yoga instructor. John has a 2nd degree black belt in kung-fu, has completed the Ironman triathlon and finished 5th in the U.S. National Biathlon (run/bike) Championships. He has extensive training in mind-body fitness and alternative health. John is the author of "How Badly Do you Want It? - Your Ultimate Guide to Optimal Fitness," a contributor to "Power of Champions," and the Fitness Editor of OC Flair magazine. His fitness articles and interviews have been featured in over 30 publications, and he is a frequent consultant to the world's media on health, fitness and lifestyle topics.

His medical training includes being a licensed radiological technologist, certified medical assistant, and training in McKenzie rehabilitation exercises. He has worked in fitness centers, medical clinics, and has promoted sporting events in CA.

In addition, John is on the Advisory Board for the American Association of Personal Trainers and is a Fellow of the National Board of Fitness Examiners. He oversees operations at his facilities; Spencer Escape Fitness Resort and Spencer Wellness Center, both located in CA.

John was recently nominated for the CA Community College Distinguished Alumni Award.
